When our office confirms your appointment you will be given directions to registration. In addition, we will give you more information about your procedure and answer any questions you may have. When you arrive, patient care coordinators will assist you with check-in, signing for consent and exam preparation. You will be asked to complete a questionnaire about your previous medical history and the reason for your visit. A technologist will review this information with you and answer any questions you might have about the exam.
You will then will be escorted to a dressing room to change from street clothes to a diagnostic gown and allowed to lock you possessions in a locker (please leave all valuables at home). Certain patients will require an injection of contrast for their test. This allows the radiologist or cardiologist to see highlighted anatomy that might not be seen otherwise. You may download admitting paperwork from your home or office online or email register@diag1.com.
